"We purchased a new 2011 Polaris from Andy and he was the best. He was there for all our questions both dumb and not so dumb. Was very polite, courteous and very informative. Did not push us to make a purchase, just was casual. We took our time to make the choice (about 2 weeks) and he was there without pressure to make the purchase. He is an asset to your company, alot of people don't like to be pressured and he did not. Then, when we went out trail riding and had a small issue with the speedometer, we stopped by unannounced and he put service on it and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. If you are thinking of getting a new vehicle, this is the place to do it!!"

"I had a rough weekend of snowmobiling the worst had happened i crashed. 1st thing monday morning gave Chopper City a call to see if they could fit me in since i had a trip planned for the following week, Tony the service manager said bring it in i will get it done right away!! Dropped it, got a call 1st thing Tuesday morning saying the qoute was done,got the confirmation from ins.that it was not totaled. told them to get started they torn into in and found more stuff broken (the only way you could have found it was to tear it aprt) Tony called me and told me what was wrong but not to worry because he had already talked to the ins and he would just bill them got the sled back in perfect form and made my trip..All in all very please with the top notch customer service and was delt with in a timley manner !!"
